 REFUND CLAIMS

 

  • These terms & conditions apply for claiming refund by those participants of “LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge” campaign who have not seen visible results of change within the stipulated period of March 1st, 2012 to April 30th, 2012.
  • The participant, at his/her own discretion if feels that LISTERINE® Cool Mint or LISTERINE® Fresh Burst or LISTERINE® Original has not given any benefit to the participant he/she can return the bottle for claiming refund.
  • Refund can be claimed only for one bottle of LISTERINE® Cool Mint 250ml or LISTERINE® Fresh Burst 250ml or LISTERINE® Original 250ml purchased during the aforesaid period and not thereafter.
  • This Refund benefit is not available for any other SKU.
  • The participant has to return the bottle of LISTERINE® Cool Mint 250ml or LISTERINE® Fresh Burst 250ml or LISTERINE® Original 250ml along with the proof of purchase to Johnson & Johnson Ltd at eMart Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor, Malhotra House (Near Tata Motors Showroom), Marwah Industrial Estate, Sakinaka, Saki Vihar Road, Mumbai – 400072
  • In order to claim refund the product sample along with the proof of purchase (bill or invoice) needs to reach Johnson & Johnson Ltd at eMart Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., 2nd Floor, Malhotra House (Near Tata Motors Showroom), Marwah Industrial Estate, Sakinaka, Saki Vihar Road, Mumbai – 400072 by May 5th, 2012, beyond which no such refund claim shall be entertained.
  • The refund claim shall be entertained only once and only for one bottle of either LISTERINE® Cool Mint 250ml or LISTERINE® Fresh Burst 250ml or LISTERINE® Original 250ml.
  • The refund shall be made by way of Big Bazaar Voucher of Rs.100/ which can be redeemed at any Food Bazaar or Big Bazaar locations across India for your purchases.
  • The price voucher shall be sent to the address as mentioned by the Participant and Johnson & Johnson Ltd shall not responsible if it gets returned as undelivered.
  • All dispute shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  • All decisions of Johnson & Johnson Ltd in this regard shall be final and binding on the Participants.
